Decorate a paper carp streamer with your favorite colors and create your very own unique carp streamer!
Learn from artisans in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, known as one of Japan's leading carp streamer production areas, and hand-paint your favorite colors onto a paper carp streamer.
You can take home the completed carp streamer.
We look forward to your participation!
