This is the specialty store for nut sweets called 'Noix'. Their signature product, the Walnut Cookie, is a baked confection finished in three layers: walnuts, caramel, chocolate, and butter cookies. The secret to the new texture, which you can enjoy over and over again, is the double texture created by caramelized walnuts and butter-scented cookies.
