Facility overview and development history
Facility Concept
<New Three Styles of Shitamachi Style>
Towards a commercial facility where we can grow together

Innovation from the past
The Shitamachi area is a town of craftsmen and manufacturers, and even today it continues to nurture traditions while creating new products and culture. We will continue to make use of these traditions while providing our customers with new culture and information for the future.
Re-lax
When the Mukojima area was called Edo, it was a scenic resort area. By creating a comfortable and relaxing space for visitors, such as a tree-lined avenue where you can feel the four seasons, we aim to become a facility that will gather people and be loved by the local community for many years to come.
Live!
The downtown area is a bustling area where various events such as fireworks and festivals are held throughout the year. TOKYO Solamachi also holds regular events that everyone can enjoy, continuing to attract people.
Make × Use = Bustling

Creating, selecting, repairing, and using.
It's nostalgic, yet very new.
Here you can enjoy the joy of taking good care of your items.
You can discover new ways to use it, wear it, eat it, play with it, etc.
It is a sales and shopping area that is warm and communicative and "useful."
It will be a pleasant, relaxing market with a full range of attractions that everyone can enjoy, creating a bustling market with a downtown feel that is different from either the city center or the suburbs.
