Pets are allowed only at Solamachi Plaza, Soramisaka Plaza, and Hanamisaka Plaza on the first floor, provided they are on a leash or held in your arms. Pets are also allowed to stick their heads out of a pet cart or carrier bag.
*However, please note that when holding events at the above locations, we may refuse pets due to congestion and customer safety.

In other areas of the building, including outdoor spaces on the second floor or above, and on the staircases of Soramizaka and Hanamizaka, please keep your pet out of sight and use a pet cart or carrier bag.

Please note that you cannot bring pets with you to the following locations, even if you use a pet cart or carrier bag.

• No-accompaniment areas
  • All Restaurants
  • Dining space under Food Marche void on the 2nd floor of the West Yard
  • West Yard 3rd floor food court
  • TOKYO SKYTREE Observatory, 1F Group Floor, 4F Entrance Floor, 5F Exit Floor

• Assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.) are allowed throughout the building.
• Do not leave your pet unattended.
• Depending on the circumstances of each store and the pet's condition, such as constant barking, we may refuse entry to customers with pets if we believe they are causing a nuisance to other customers.
• Please refrain from leaving pets unattended, such as by tying them to a lead.
• Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage, accidents, or troubles between guests caused by pets.
• There are no pet boarding facilities within TOKYO Solamachi or TOKYO SKYTREE facilities.

Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in all stores within the facility and building.
