The soba noodles are made with carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, such as buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, two-year-old bonito flakes, first-class kelp from Rishiri, and real wasabi from Azumino, and are made by skilled craftsmen with careful attention to detail.
