This baumkuchen is made with brown rice flour by farmers who are particular about the ingredients. Fresh eggs from a local chicken farm are used to whip up a flavorful, fluffy meringue, and koshihikari rice grown in the clear waters of the source of the Yahagi River is ground into ultra-fine grains as brown rice. It is baked to a moist and fluffy texture. We also offer a vegetable baumkuchen made with plenty of vegetables and fruits grown on our own farm. This is a dish that allows you to savor the bounty of nature in luxury.
