The butter-rich pretzel is made from dough kneaded with butter, baked slowly, and then soaked in clarified butter. In autumn and winter, the pretzel, characterized by the rich taste and gorgeous aroma of clarified butter, is coated with special chocolate. There are five permanent stores in the Kansai region and one in Kyushu.
Limited-time products include "Tochiaika" and La Recolte "Berry & Berry."
