Our classic Ofuku Mochi, which depicts the waves crashing on Futamiura Beach by hand, is a traditional treat carefully hand-packed by artisans with sure skill and pride. We carefully select our ingredients and strive every day to maintain the same delicious taste. We use only Hokkaido-grown "Hakucho Mochi" glutinous rice and only Hokkaido-grown "Kita Roman" red beans. Our Ofuku Tsutsumi Mochi, which consists of a gently sweet smooth bean paste wrapped in mochi, is also very popular.
