This shop is the birthplace of "mochi-kiri-ito" (mochi-cutting thread), and it also offers customers the pleasure of discovering the beautiful cross-section for themselves.
We carefully select and source the freshest and most delicious fruits available at any given time.
To highlight the main ingredient, the fruit, the mochi and white bean paste are made with the natural flavors of rice and white beans, with the sweetness kept to a minimum. We are particular about the golden ratio of thin skin and thin bean paste, and each one is carefully hand-wrapped.
