The cutlets are carefully wrapped in baked fresh breadcrumbs and deep-fried in 100% vegetable oil at low temperature, bringing out the natural flavor of the ingredients. The original sauce made with vegetables from Furano, Hokkaido and over a dozen types of spices, and the way of eating "ground sesame sauce" made with fragrant sesame seeds, originated at Saboten.
