The ingredients used for our gelato include Hida milk for milk-based gelato and delicious water from the natural resources of Gujo for sorbet-based gelato. We use authentic Italian gelato techniques and a variety of carefully selected ingredients to make our gelato.

In addition to gelato, the store sells only the products that the owner has tasted and been impressed with, including other representative Italian ingredients and foods. Italy is a country rich in regional color, so in the spirit of Cucina Regionale, the store also sells local specialties from the owner's hometown of Gujo, making it a store full of Italian spirit and love for its region.
