CHEESE GARDEN to release "Imperial Residence Lemon Cheesecake" on Wednesday, June 11th!
The seasonal limited edition "Imperial Residence Lemon Cheesecake" will be on sale from Wednesday, June 11th.
The Imperial Residence Lemon Cheesecake is made by kneading lemon paste made from white bean paste and lemons, as well as finely chopped lemons preserved in syrup, into a dough made from a blend of several types of cheese. The white bean paste gives it a mellow sweetness, and the lemons preserved in syrup bring out just the right amount of sweetness and sourness. It can be enjoyed as is at room temperature, or chilled in the refrigerator during hot seasons or semi-frozen in the freezer, making it taste like an ice cream cheesecake.
