On the 3rd floor 〈Afternoon Tea TEAROOM〉, we are developing a seasonal mille-feuille where you can enjoy sweet and fresh seasonal white peaches!

■Whole white peach and Earl Grey mille-feuille (with tea) 2,600 yen (tax included)
A crispy pie sandwiched with Earl Grey buttercream, Earl Grey whip, and raspberry sauce, topped with white peaches and frozen yogurt. Accented with lychee-flavored jelly.

The peach "Akatsuki" from Date City, Fukushima Prefecture has a lot of juice, a bright red color, a good aroma, and an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. The akatsuki used this time has a special rank with a high sugar content.
