This flat-baked Baumkuchen is made by carefully baking many layers of soft, moist, sweet and mellow chestnut-flavored dough.
The top layer of pure white fabric is used as a canvas, with a print and cut of a panda holding a large chestnut.
You can also hollow out the chestnuts (kurinuku). Gently cut them out and enjoy.
