The star of the dish is Kilfaitbon's moon viewing tart, featuring a rich white sesame blancmange, mochi with a rabbit living on the moon, and Japanese pampas grass! A blend of white sesame, brown honey, Kurosu kinako, and other fragrant Japanese ingredients creates a tart that evokes the arrival of autumn in Japan. The gentle sweetness and various fragrant Japanese flavors fill your mouth.
