"Shokkei Fuji" - A small view of Mount Fuji, based on the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji, in a confectionery
Based on Hokusai's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji," the colors and composition have been reconstructed to complement the sweets.
Using high-definition food printing technology, we were able to reproduce the delicate color gradations that Hokusai attempted to depict in the sweets.

The name "Fuji Kokei" is a reference to Hokusai's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji," and combines the word "kokei" (small view), which means "a small, memorable view."
It depicts a view of Mount Fuji reflected on a small confectionery.
