At Planetarium Tenku, while you wait before the main planetarium screening, you will be shown the "Sakura Welcome Dome," where you will be enveloped in cherry blossoms as far as the eye can see.
You can enjoy the fantastic cherry blossom viewing experience that only a planetarium can offer, in a comfortable dome where you can enjoy the view regardless of the weather.

<How to enjoy the Welcome Dome>
The Welcome Dome is an intermission video that is shown after you enter the dome and before the main planetarium show begins.
Photography is permitted during this time. Enjoy the footage of the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

- Viewing procedure -
1. Purchase a ticket to see the planetarium performances
2. Enter after the Dome opens
3. Welcome Dome Screening (approximately 5-10 minutes) Enjoy watching the cherry blossom video and taking photos/videos
4. After the Welcome Dome, the main planetarium program will be screened.

-Enjoyment Tips-
・The screening time at the Welcome Dome is 5 to 10 minutes from the time the doors open until the film starts.
・If you want to enjoy the event at your own pace, we recommend entering early.
・Photography is allowed, so be sure to capture some seasonal memories with your camera.
