"Katanukiya" and Sanrio Co., Ltd. characters collaborate!
This moldless baum is based on the motif of Sanrio Characters, which is cute and pampered.

Carefully baked and layered, Katanukiya Proud flat-grilled Baumkuchen. On top of the top, we layered a melingue-made chewy fabric and printed Sanrio characters that are cute and pampered with the words "Hey, hey, bite ♡".
There are three types of baum dough: plain with a soft almond aroma, strawberry flavor with a refreshing sweetness and gorgeous aroma, and maple flavor with rich sweetness and rich aroma.
