Now on sale and proving very popular! Spring limited menu items: "Enmusubi no Goshio Ice Cream Fukusaku Sakura" and "Sakura Foam"
We offer special spring-only sweets that are enveloped in the fragrance of cherry blossoms.
■Fukusaku Sakura
This rice flour matcha chiffon cake is topped with cherry blossom bean paste and three-colored dango (rice dumplings), and served with salted ice cream and espuma cream.
This dish, with its harmonious blend of sweetness and saltiness, evokes the feeling of spring's arrival.
■Sakura bubbles
A spring-colored drink combining subtly sweet cherry blossom syrup with finely carbonated water.
Served with salted cherry blossoms and mint, the gentle sweetness and subtle saltiness create a refreshing taste.
The sake used is "Hakutaka," a pure rice sake that is used in Shinto rituals at Ise Grand Shrine in Mie Prefecture.
We've combined the traditionally venerable sake offered to the gods with cherry blossoms to create a unique drink only available from a specialty store for Shinto altars.
Enjoy a special moment of "cherry blossoms" x "matchmaking" brought to you by a shop specializing in lucky charms that cater to your wishes.
