Watch the Sumida River Fireworks Festival from Postal Museum Japan!
On the day of the event, starting at 9:00 AM, numbered tickets will be distributed to the first 60 people at the Sorami-zaka Plaza near the Oshiage-side entrance on the first floor of Solamachi. One ticket per person. Please refrain from lining up or reserving a spot the day before.
Participation is limited to those who have entered the museum at least once during opening hours (10:00-17:00) and possess a numbered ticket. Please purchase one admission ticket per person by 17:00, the museum's closing time (children under elementary school age are admitted free of charge).
The museum will close temporarily at 5:30 PM. Those with numbered tickets should leave the museum and line up in front of it at 6:20 PM in order of their ticket numbers.
Please note that numbered tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
<Caution>
Bringing in food and alcoholic beverages, and consuming them, is prohibited. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted only at the fireworks viewing area.
The exhibition hall is not open to the public.
Please be aware that visibility may be limited depending on the launch conditions on the day.
If the fireworks display is canceled due to rain or other reasons, this viewing event will also be canceled.
