I got it!!

Kitaya's seasonal sweets are made with carefully selected ingredients.
Soft and fragrant baked castella-style dough
It is sandwiched between chewy mochi rice cakes and has a sweetfish branded on it.
The dough is carefully hand-baked by craftsmen one by one.
The gyuhi filling inside is specially made for this sweet.
Something well-crafted.
It has a firm thickness and a gentle sweetness.
You can enjoy the satisfying taste.

They start appearing just before the sweetfish fishing season opens in June.
It is a familiar summer sight all over Japan.
