This is an announcement from the Tochigi Prefecture antenna shop "Tochigi Satellite Shop Tochimaru" located on the 4th floor of East Yard.

From Saturday, August 1 ~ Friday, August 7, we will introduce the charms of Kamimikawa Town in Tochigi Prefecture at the Tochigi Satellite Shop Tochimaru event space.

Also, on Saturday, August 1, we plan to introduce the Sunflower Festival and offer tastings of foods from Kamimikawa Town at the event space!

Kamimikawa Town is a small town located in the southeastern part of Tochigi Prefecture, about 90 km from Tokyo, with excellent access from the Tokyo metropolitan area, where you can feel connections between people.
It is also known as the birthplace of Akira Yoshizawa, a world-renowned creative origami artist and known as the 'Father of Modern Origami.'
In recognition of the achievement of spreading Japanese origami worldwide as "ORIGAMI," various events are held throughout the town through ORIGAMI.

The town's summer tradition, the "Sunflower Festival," will be held on Saturday, August 22nd and Sunday, August 23!
About 100,000 sunflowers bloom at the venue, and you can enjoy a vast yellow landscape.
