On Saturday, August 29th and Sunday, August 30th, we will introduce the charms of Otawara City in Tochigi Prefecture at the Tochigi Satellite Shop Tochimaru event space!

Otawara City, nurtured through countless ages, is home to the meltwater of Nasu and is one of Tochigi Prefecture's leading 'local sake towns.'
The underground water from the Nasu mountain range and the Naka River system, rich in umami, has nurtured local sake with a gentle flavor.
In addition, it is blessed with rich local specialties such as Tochigi-Mitaka chili peppers and ayu from the Nakagawa River, and there are many other attractions, including the historic ancient temple 'Daiyu-ji.'

Additionally, at the event, we will offer popular local sake from three representative breweries of Otawara City.
