The Society 5.0 Science Expo (co-sponsored by the Cabinet Office and the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC)) will be held from Thursday, July 15th to Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 (with some events running until Sunday, September 5th).

This Science Expo is an exhibition that allows visitors to experience the future society, gathering a total of over 200 exhibits of Japan's cutting-edge and original science and technology, based on "Society 5.0," the vision of Japan's future society around 2030, driven by science, technology and innovation, in line with the start year of the 6th Basic Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation.

With full cooperation from JAMSTEC and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), you can experience the frontiers of Japanese science and technology in space and the ocean at TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN.
