TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN, which is operated by Tobu Tower Skytree and Tobu Solamachi has organized an executive committee together with Sumida Ward, the Sumida Ward Shopping District Promotion Association, which is made up of local shopping districts, and the Sumida Ward Tourism Association, to hold the "Local Character Festival in Sumida 2019" for two days, Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th, 2019.
